Learn why snakes shed their skin\, how they grow\, and what makes them such important creatures in nature. \nOctober 7 – October 13\nSounds of the Night\nWhen the sun goes down\, nature comes alive! Explore the calls\, hoots\, and squeaks of nocturnal animals and discover how creatures communicate in the dark. \nOctober 14 – October 20\nTrap-tastic Engineering\nPlants that eat bugs? Gross! Put your engineering skills to the test by designing and building your own bug-trapping contraption inspired by Venus flytraps. \nOctober 21 – October 27\nThe Secret Life of Slime\nIs it an animal\, plant\, or something else entirely? Discover the weird world of slime mold and make your own oozy slime to explore how this shape-shifting organism survives. \nOctober 27 – October 31\nWizards at Work\nMix\, bubble\, and fizz your way through exciting chemical reactions as we create potions in a cauldron.
