October’s Theme: Creepy Crawlers 🕸️

Join us this month for a bug-tastic adventure! We’re exploring bugs of all kinds—from the creepy-crawly to the nature helpers. It will be a fall-tastic time you won’t want to miss!

Special Programs (Select Days – 1:30 p.m.)

October 1-6: Ugly Buglies
All bugs are unique, just like us! Join us for a reading of “The Bugliest Bug” by Carol Diggery Shields in The Studio. Learn about bug parts and create your own Ugly Buglies using recyclable materials.

October 8-13: Nature’s Camouflage
Discover nature’s hide-and-seek game! We’ll read “Where in the Wild?” by David M. Schwartz and Yael Schy, then play hide and seek with nature’s best masters of disguise.

October 15-20: Nature’s Helpers
Learn about bugs as nature’s tiny superheroes! After reading “The Very Greedy Bee” by Steve Smallman, participate in a pollination activity to see how bees help nature.

October 22-28: Creepy Crawlers
Spin some spider magic! We’ll read “I’m Trying to Love Spiders” by Bethany Barton and create our spiders in The Studio.
