January Theme: Outer Space: We’re reaching for the stars at Discovery Place Kids Rockingham! Join us as we explore the wonders of space. Kids will engineer rocket ships, explore different careers, learn about the solar system, and develop a story for an alien friend.

January 20 | Messy Member Morning – Kinetic Kiddie Pools | Member Hour: 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Messy Member Morning is heading to Mars! Children will explore the “Red Planet” through hands-on sensory play with kinetic sand- scooping, shaping, and creating Martian landscapes while learning about space in a fun way!
January 12 – 13 | DPKR is closed!
Discovery Place Kids is closed for a winter refresh! We will be back with exciting, out-of-this-world programs for the rest of January!

Puppet Show
January Show: Tortoise and the Hare: A classic race with a twist! The Tortoise and the Hare face off, but soon some familiar storybook friends jump in, turning the race into a wild, funny adventure!
Science Show | Every Day 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Join us at the Science Lab all month for science experiments.
Story Time | Sundays at 1:30 p.m.

Big Fun is where YOU are the star of the show! Children and adults are invited to move and groove to three of our favorite songs. Put your dancing shoes on and join us for this daily dance party!
